Vermicelles – a typical Swiss dessert
Vermicelles can be found from autumn onwards in most traditional restaurants in Switzerland. The sweet "spaghetti" are made from pureed and cooked chestnuts. They are sweetened and refined, decorated with whipped cream and meringes. An autumn dream!
